✅ How Do I Manage Ticket Refunds?

If you are the host of an Event, you can approve or decline a guest's refund request.

  1. From the Ledger in your Menu or the Event Tickets section on your Event
  2. Tap Refund Requests row, if you have any pending it will display a count here
  3. Tap Transaction
  4. For requests you have received from guests you can Issue Refund or Decline Refund Request

For other transactions you can Issue Refund by tapping the More Icon (three dots) on the top right.
