How do I make changes to my plan?
To upgrade your plan, downgrade your plan, or switch to a different payment frequency (monthly or annually) you will need to manage your subscription where you originally purchased it through the App Store or Google Play Store.
There are 2 ways to get to this screen to manage your subscriptions:
- Hobnob app
- iPhone: Profile tab > Manage Subscriptions
- Android: Home tab > Profile icon > Manage Subscriptions
To switch back to the free plan, you must cancel your subscription.
