π How Do I Make Changes to My Plan?
To upgrade or downgrade your plan you will need to manage your subscription where you originally purchased it through the App Store or Google Play Store.
There are 2 ways to get to this screen to manage your subscriptions:
- App Store or Google Play Store
- iPhone: Open App Store >Β Account > Tap Your Account Name > Subscriptions
- Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
- Hobnob App
- iPhone: Profile tab > Manage Subscriptions
- Android: Home tab > Profile icon > Manage Subscriptions
To switch back to the free plan, you must cancel your subscription.
