How do I restore purchases?
If your subscription has not been processed or updated, to restore purchases:
iOS Version 4.0 & Above
- From the Menu sidebar, tap on your name or avatar to open your Profile.
- Scroll down and tap the Restore Purchases row.
Android, Version 3.0 & Below
- Open app to the Home tab.
- Tap the circular Profile icon at the top right corner
- Under the "See Upgrade Options" button, tap the Restore Purchases link.
