If your subscription is not correctly being displayed in the app, we may not have been notified by the App Store or Google Play Store. Please try restoring purchases:

If you have an iPhone:

  1. From the Menu sidebar, tap on your name or avatar to open your Profile.
  2. Scroll down and tap the Restore Purchases row.

If you have an Android:

  1. Open app to the Home tab.
  2. Tap the circular Profile icon at the top right corner
  3. Under the "See Upgrade Options" button, tap the Restore Purchases link.
