How Do I Turn Off Auto-Reminders?

If you're needing to turn off Auto-reminders for your event, follow the steps below:

  1. Head to your Events & Announcements
  2. Scroll down to 'Host Options'
  3. Select Event Settings
  4. Under notifications, you will see 'Auto Reminders'
  5. Turn the toggle off (will be greyed out)

Turning off the Auto-reminders will not send RSVP reminders two days after the invite was sent or a day before the event date. It will also not send event reminders one hour before the event (including a link to directions for mapped locations).
