⚙️ How Do I Add a Guest Cap or Limit RSVPs?

If you need to add limits to your guest count, Hobnob has a feature. You can limit how many +1s your guest can bring or maybe you only want a certain amount of guests at the event overall. Follow the steps provided below to create those settings:

Turn On A Guest +1 Limit

  1. Within your flyer page, select Event Settings
  2. On Request Guest Count Turn on the toggle to green
  3. You will see Limit Per Invitation and the default settings will say Unlimited
  4. Select 'Unlimited' where you will see a menu pop up to change your limit per invitation

Just a p.s. if you select 1 that will be just the individual you invite, if you are allowing them to bring 1 guest select 2, etc.

Turn On Max Capacity For Guest List

  1. Within your flyer page, select Event Settings
  2. You will see Set Max Capacity for Guest List and the default settings will say Unlimited
  3. Select 'Unlimited' where you will see a menu pop up to change your max capacity for your guest list
