There is currently no direct way to do this, but you can refund their ticket and give them a complimentary one:

First, Issue a Refund:

  1. Open the Event by tapping on the flyer image.
  2. Scroll down to the Event Tickets section and tap on the totals row
  3. Tap on the Transaction you would like to refund
  4. Tap the More Icon on top right (three dots)
  5. Tap Issue Refund
  6. Review details and tap Issue Refund

You can also issue refunds from the Ledger, by tapping into the Transaction and tapping the More Icon to see the Issue Refund option.

Then, Issue Complimentary Tickets:

  1. Open the Event by tapping on the flyer image
  2. Under Guests, Chat, & Photos, tap Guest List
  3. Tap on the guest you want to give complimentary tickets to
  4. Tap Issue Tickets
  5. Select the number of Complimentary Tickets you want to give
  6. Tap Issue Tickets

Guests with the app will be notified through in-app push notification that they have complimentary tickets. Guests without the app will see that they have complimentary tickets when they RSVP on the web invite.
