What if my subscription is not showing up in the app?

If your plan isn't showing up in the app, try the following:

To check if your subscription has successfully processed:

IOS 3.2 Version & Above

  1. Open app to the Profile tab.
  2. Under the top section with your profile icon and name, you will see your current Hobnob plan.

    Android, Version 3.1 & Below

    1. Open the app to the Home tab.
    2. Tap on the circular Profile icon at the top right corner to access your settings.
    3. Under General, you can view your Current Plan.
