📱 What If My Subscription Is Not Showing up in the App?
If your plan isn't showing up in the app, try the following:
- Check your subscription status in the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Tap Restore Purchases (How do I restore purchases?)
- Delete and reinstall the app.
To check if your subscription has successfully processed:
If you have an iPhone:
- From the Menu sidebar, tap your name or avatar to open your Profile.
- Under the top section with your profile icon and name, you will see your current Hobnob plan.
If you have an Android:
- Open the app to the Home tab.
- Tap on the circular Profile icon at the top right corner to access your settings.
- Under General, you can view your Current Plan.
