πŸ’΅ As a Guest, How Do I Request a Ticket Refund?

If you paid for an event ticket, you can request a refund from the host on the web invite or in the app.

  1. Open the Event in the app or tap the link you received via text or email to open the web invite
  2. On the bottom of the event, you will see your RSVP status, tap Yes, I'm Going
  3. Tap View Tickets (skip this step on the web)
  4. Tap View Order(s)
  5. If you have more than one order, select the Order you would like to be refunded
  6. Tap Request Refund
  7. Add a reason why you are requesting (optional)
  8. Tap Request Refund

Please note, payment processing fees are non-refundable. Refunding all of a guest's tickets on an event will automatically change their RSVP to "No". It is up to the host's discretion to issue refunds. Hobnob does not collect payment for tickets sold and is therefore unable to issue refunds. Once the host issues the refund, it can take anywhere from 5-10 days to show up in your account.
