π How Do I Change My Phone Number?
To change your phone number you need to:
Verify that you own both your old and new numbers. To do that, please send a text to 415-941-0998 from your old phone number with:
- Your name
- Your new phone number
If you no longer have access to your old phone number, we'd need you to email us at help@hobnob.io with:
- The name of your last 3 events (as host and/or guest)
- Your old number
- Your new number
Please note: This is a permanent change and will merge the data for both phone numbers into a single account. It can't be undone.
